2. How to Start a Return

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number, if needed.

  • Please package your return securely to avoid damage in transit.


3. Return & Refund Options

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item, please let us know when you reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used items (especially first-time trial packs or personal-use gear)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at info@alpinecalisthenics.com.

  • We may request photos or additional details to resolve the issue.

  • Upon confirmation, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
